IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN BODYPUMPS IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD?

Well it is summer here and we have Bodypump 56 which is an outstanding release. Doing this release in 34 > degrees temps is "crazy" tons of sweat "Gonna Make You Sweat" which is so right about this release. Much is the same with Bodybalance last night I sweated like you never believed with Bodyblance 31 totally dripping from head to toes and that was a good feeling.

I guess I enjoy the sweating and the pain barrier in the classes. That's why summer is so special of a time to do any of the Les Mills Programmes.

I was wondering what the end training effect now that it is "Winter 2006" in the Northern Hemisphere as opposed to the end training effect now that it is "Summer 2006" where I am from and how does that relate to the end training effect when a release is released here in Winter and it is summer in the Northern Hemisphere?

That's an interesting concept?
